3rd IT STAR Workshop on National Information Society Experiences – NISE 08
NISE '08, held on 8 November in Godollo near Budapest, provided a forum to key government, academic, industry and civil society representatives from 13 countries to debate on a broad scope of IS issues that impact developments in the Region, Europe and the World.
8 National reports on IS developments were delivered along with many other presentations on ICT-Skills and e-Government strategies and policies. The role of government in providing a vision and leadership within a multi-stakeholder partnership was the focus of a general discussion.
