souhrn: The lecture will be similar to the lecture given in June this year in the CSKI Section of Theoretical Robotics. I'll speak about the design of problem solver (PS) working in a real environment, i.e. complex, dynamic and heterogeneous environment, PS based on the integration of all basic cognitive functions, i.e. on learning, reasoning, identification, implementation, initialization, self-reflection and knowledge base functions. The designed PS has many features, e.g. it is efficient, general, homogeneous. The creativity and object-orientation of PS will be stressed. There will be at least three following differences from the June lecture: 1. PS will be seen and understood more in the context of control problems, 2. there will be applied some new insights, 3. the lecture may be given in English.
